The rules for buying and using The Complete Higgsfield Guide. Plain language, but still the agreement between you and Jakob Werner, doing business as jxkedevs.
Who you are buying from
jxkedevs.com and The Complete Higgsfield Guide are run and sold by Jakob Werner, doing business as jxkedevs. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean the seller, and "you" means you, the person using the site or buying the guide.
These terms apply when you use the site and when you buy. You agree to them by ticking the box at checkout, and each purchase records which version you agreed to. The refund policy and the privacy policy are part of them.
Age
You must be 18 or older to buy the guide.
What you buy
The Complete Higgsfield Guide is a digital guide you read on this site. It costs $39 (USD), paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Payment is handled by Stripe on its own checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe, not to me.
- When your payment clears, the email you gave Stripe gets access. You sign in with a link sent to that email.
- Lifetime access means you keep access, with no further payment, for as long as the guide is offered on jxkedevs.com. Updates to the guide are included.
- A full refund, or a chargeback that ends in your favour, removes the access that payment gave, straight away. A partial refund does not.
Your licence
Buying gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the guide and to use what it teaches in your own work, including videos you make and post. The guide itself stays mine.
You may not:
- share, resell, publish or give away the guide or any part of it, including its prompt templates as a set;
- share your sign-in link or your access with anyone else;
- copy the guide into another course, product or paid community;
- scrape or bulk download the guide.
If you break these rules, I may end your access without a refund.
Refunds
All sales are final, except where local law gives you a right to a refund. The details, including the 14 day withdrawal right for EU and UK buyers, are on the refund policy.
Affiliate links
Links to Higgsfield (affiliate link, opens in a new tab) on this site and in the guide carry my affiliate code. If you sign up or buy through one, I may earn a commission from Higgsfield. What you pay Higgsfield is set by Higgsfield.
Higgsfield is a separate company
I am not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Higgsfield. Higgsfield is a third party service with its own terms, prices and account rules. Your Higgsfield plan, credits and billing are between you and Higgsfield.
Higgsfield changes its models, features, plans and credit prices. The guide shows the date its prices were last checked. What Higgsfield charges today may differ.
The guide is provided as is
The guide shares my own methods and results. It is provided as is, without any promise that your videos will get a certain number of views, followers or sales, or that every step will keep working as Higgsfield and TikTok change. You are responsible for what you make and post, and for having permission to use any footage, faces or voices in it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost followers, lost data or money spent on Higgsfield credits, and my total liability to you for anything to do with the site or the guide is limited to the amount you paid for the guide.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you bought apply to that purchase.
